PLOIEŞTI WEST PARK - 1st construction stage

At a distance of 5 km from Ploieşti, near the village Buda, the company ALINSO Group has opened an industrial park for investors.

On the 220 ha. premises of the PLOIEŞTI WEST PARK, Baupartner builds the first building of the investment, with a value of over 5 million euro.

This is the first stage of the project, which includes a 38.000 sqm construction. In the first phase we will construct the Hall A, with an area of 11.100 sqm and ca. 12.000 sqm of exterior paved area.

The construction of the hall has started at the beginning of June 2009 and has to be completed until October 2009.

The construction will be used as logistic building.
