PLOIEŞTI WEST PARK.

An important investment for Ploieşti, the construction of PLOIEŞTI WEST PARK has been started by our company in June 2009.

Situated in the western side of Ploieşti, in the north of Hwy. 72, near Ariceştii Rahtivani, PLOIEŞTI WEST PARK will cover an area of approx. 220 ha.

Structured on five stages, the project of the company ALINSO Group will be completed in at most seven years and will generate thousands of new employments.

The structure of the highest building in Ploiesti was completed.

We completed the structure of the highest building in Ploiesti and one of the five highest in the country (75 m), namely the 18 floors apartment building Evocasa Uptown, situated in 298 Gh. Gr. Cantacuzino street, near the supermarket Kaufland.

According to an old tradition, on this occasion we celebrate the "topping-out" ceremony, where everybody who took part in the fulfilment of this mission participates, the event taking place in the same time with the "Days of Ploiesti" festival, on the 29th of May 2009.

Our company completed the project Cubic Center Pipera.

Cubic Center is an A-class office building, with 44.000 square meters built in the Pipera area, in the middle of the most luxurious suburb of Bucharest.

The building is organized on 15 levels (3 basements + groundfloor + 12 floors) and has 533 parking spaces, offering spectacular views over the whole northern area of Bucharest, from the balconies of the upper floors.

The building combines a very proper location with the highest quality standards, excellent finishings and a remarkable design.
